The technical and technological possibilities in the range of mechanical working and assembling allow us to carry out full-scale, small-scale and individual production. Our modern machinery park is universal and mobile and enables us to assure the highest quality of performance to satisfy our customers demand. The Pumps’ Department is equipped with
- vertical machining Centre DUGARD 1500,
- vertical lathe-milling Centre OKUMA VTM-120YB,
- multi-functional machining Centre MULTUS B400,
- horizontal machining Centre HP-63P,
- turret, engine and turning and boring lathes
- numerically controlled centre and chucking lathes,
- numerically controlled milling machines,
- horizontal boring machines,
- multiradial and jig drilling machines,
- cylindrical, internal and surface grinders.
Furthermore we have some auxiliary machines indispensable in manufacturing processes such as:
- milling and centring machines,
- thread-rolling machines,
- splineway milling machine,
- slotting machines,
- balancing machines for rotating elements (diameters up to 400 mm and elements’ weight up to 30 kg).
In addition, there is a paint shop and a welding shop within our department as well as motion and pressure testing stations for pumps and a stand for impregnation of castings .The machining and assembling possibilities ensure the highest quality of our production. The quality of our products is confirmed by acceptance of Classification Societies: PRS, GL, LR, DNV, BV, ABS. Examples of machining details:
