Cast iron castings, bronze, art castings
Grey cast iron castings
In our Foundry, we make iron castings in two moulding technologies. Unit castings are made in the technology of rigid self-hardening sands and series-produced castings – in bentonite masses on the HSP-1 moulding line.

Nodular cast iron castings
In the GZUT Foundry, we use a modern, reliable method of spheroidization with the use of core wire. We carry out a thorough control of smelting process parameters and we guarantee full compliance of the mechanical properties of the castings with the assumed requirements.

Bronze castings
The employees of our Foundry have long-term experience in the bronze castings production. Our castings are used as parts of marine and mining pumps, valve bodies and machine parts of various types.

Certificates of Classification Societies
Cooperation with the maritime industry results in the maintenance of recognition certificates of Classification Societies. GZUT Foundry holds DNV, LR, NKK and BV certificates for grey and nodular iron castings and DNV and BV certificates for bronze castings. In addition, we have been ISO 9001: 2015 certified by PRS since 2003.
Steel castings
In the GZUT Foundry we produce single steel castings in the technology of rigid self-hardening sands. We have specialized in high-alloy grades to meet the requirements of our customers. The basic types of cast steel are the following: austenitic, ferritic-austenitic (duplex) and martensitic cast steels.

Art castings
Thanks to our high-experienced staff and indispensable technical facilities, the GZUT Foundry can carry out even the most ambitious projects in the field of artistic castings and architectural ornaments made of bronze and cast iron. We offer small casts such as statuettes, medals, commemorative plaques as well as bas-reliefs and figural sculptures, including monumental ones, without dimensional restrictions.
We have made more than 160 large monument castings since the Second War time. The largest one had over 600 m2 and weighed over 70 tons. We make castings from models provided by customers or from models made by us according to the delivered documentation. We work with renowned sculptors and artists. We offer short delivery terms, comprehensive services from a design to assembly on the construction site, as well as high quality and reasonable prices.
